Keen as Mustard!

Research has shown that Mustard Powder, which contains Myrosinase, is a helpful addition to Broccoli Sprouts in order to improve the conversion of Glucoraphanin into the Isothiocyanate (ITC), Sulforaphane. 

That might be too much information, but if you are keen, blend: 

  • 300ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
  • A pinch of Mustard Powder
  • 1 x BROCBLOK
