Blend it Like BROCBLOK!
A favourite here at BROCBLOK HQ, which you can remix as you like:
- 1 x BROCBLOK
- 300ml Pea Milk
- 1.5 Frozen Bananas
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon Flax Seed
- 1 tablespoon Almond Butter
We often add a handful of blueberries or any other berry or fruit that we've got available, but you can really go wild.
Replace the Pea Milk with Whole Milk or Coconut Water.
Replace your Protein Powder with Steak!
Just remember to BLEND IT LIKE BROCBLOK!
